Simonton Community Church has a rich history of God’s incredible faithfulness because of its dependence on the truth of God’s Word and the fact that this is truly a Church Family. The founders of this Church worked diligently through dinners, bridge parties, bazaars, and other fund raisers to raise enough money to build the first church building. This group became affectionately known as “The Willing Workers.”  They set the foundation that has continued!

“There is no question that we have been blessed abundantly beyond what anyone had asked or thought in the beginning days of the church or even now, but it is not for our glory or boasting, it is instead about what God has done in and through us as Simonton Community Church.”

The construction is well underway for the new foyer and the work on the new roof has been completed on the Family Life Center building. Feel free to speak to any of the SCC Board Members or Pastors if you have questions regarding the building and enhancement projects. Displays depicting the completed designs are located in the current foyer area.

If you were unable to attend the information breakfast, there are project financial outlines and pledge cards at the Welcome Desk. Please pray over your pledge decision and bring the card to the “End Gathering Day” during the Worship Service on Sunday, September 12th.
