To provide a fun, loving environment that points our kids to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, while partnering with families to help raise up children who: know God; love God; share Him with others.
SUNDAYS
The Mission of the Children’s Ministry at SCC is to build a strong spiritual foundation by guiding children and parents to discover a personal relationship with Christ. Our Vision is to develop a partnership with parents in laying a spiritual foundation that will lead a child into a strong relationship with Christ.
L.I.F.E. Studies
We have LIFE Studies classes for all ages every Sunday morning from 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Our LIFE Studies classes are taught by outstanding, Christ-centered volunteers who are committed to the spiritual development of each child. L.I.F.E. Studies groups are divided according to grade level in order to help build a close group of peers.
Children’s Church
Children’s Church is an awesome time of Worship just for kids! Children K thru 4th grade are dismissed during the Worship Service for special music and a message. Our Sunday morning Worship Services are at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

First Steps (PreK 3yrs & 4yrs)
Our PreK children have a special time together with age appropriate Bible study and music.
Kidz Praise (K-4th grade)
Kidz
Praise is a fun program combining music, Bible study, and Scripture
memorization designed for children Kindergarten through 4th grade.
Flyte Crew (5th & 6th grade)
Flyte
Crew is a Bible study designed especially for 5th & 6th graders.
We will explore God’s Word, build friendships and have a great time with
fun activities.
For Parents
Safe & Secure
At Simonton Community Church, the safety of your child is a high priority. We pay special attention to not only our building and volunteers, but our check-in/check-out procedures as well. When you check-in your child, you will be provided with a name tag for your child and a corresponding pick-up tag. When you return to gather your children, please present the pick-up tag to the teacher. At SCC, all adults that work with your Children or Youth must go through a “Safe & Secure Program” and background check.
KidCheck
KidCheck is a secure children’s check-in system that enhances Simonton Community Church’s security system and simplifies the check-in process. KidCheck helps ensure no one can pick up your child without your consent. KidCheck may be downloaded to your mobile device for easy check-in If you are a visitor to SCC and would like to register your child in advance, please use the following link:
